The numbers are not good. Toronto is down 12 places on the Priceline.com summer 2006 destination chart while Montreal is up 5. The fact that Montreal is up on the scale suggests that the stronger Canadian dollar isn't the cause of Toronto's woes. Also note that the hottest ticket is Chicago's Millennium Park. Who says art, culture, and water doesn't pay?

So why is Toronto dropping? Is it because the AGO is semi-offline as it rebuilds for 2008? Are visitors waiting for the ROM's Crystal?
