7pm Innis College Town Hall
(off St. George, just north of Harbord on U of T campus)
Come listen to a (FREE!) discussion by Mark Lakeman, a leader of the
City Repair Club of Portland on how to reclaim public space. This organization has mobilized communities to improve their neighbourhoods. He'll show how people can take priority over cars and can redefine working relationships with City Hall. Find out how citizen designers can change their communities!
This event is part of the Ryerson City Builder In Residence Initiative
and is generously funded by the Metcalf Foundation Environment Fund.
