Downsview Park

The Toronto Star's Christopher Hume reviewed the status of Downsview Park yesterday. The park seems to have lost its momentum. Hume writes:
By the time the dust settled, at least one Downsview board member, former Famous Players president John Bailey, had told all present that if this were the private sector, everyone would have been fired by now.

Ouch.

The Mau, Rem Koolhaas, David Oleson and Petra Blaisse Park plan is just what the city and Downsview needs. In spite of the obvious setbacks, we hope the development team can move forward and make the plan a reality.
